Nose Surgery

Nose surgery at Laree focuses on revision rhinoplasty: the cause of the earlier problem, such as tip deformity, inflammation or contracture, is identified from the surgical history before a plan is made. Primary rhinoplasty by nose type, nasal tip surgery, alar reduction and removal of migrated filler or foreign material are also performed.

• Revision rhinoplasty

  Nasal tip deformity, implant problems, inflammation or contracture after a previous rhinoplasty; the cause of failure is identified first.

• Rhinoplasty by nose type

  A low bridge, short or upturned nose, hump or wide nose, corrected with a plan matched to the nose type and face.

• Nasal tip surgery

  A bulbous, drooping or flat nasal tip reshaped for definition in balance with the bridge.

• Alar reduction

  Wide or flared nostrils narrowed according to the nose structure and face shape.

• Foreign material removal

  Filler or other foreign material that has moved out of place or caused lumps, removed by dissolving or by incision.
